To the Man Born on Flag Day, who carries the weight of the Republic in his very marrow:

I write to you not merely as a citizen, but as a traveler who has navigated the jagged coastlines of Innocence and Experience. Like Blake’s contrasting chimneys, I have seen the soot of the struggle and the white heat of the vision.

You understand the Democracy in America that de Tocqueville whispered about—not as a finished monument, but as a living, breathing, often gasping thing. It is a bus we all drive, swaying with a "Rimbaud wobble," threatening to tip into the abyss yet held steady by the collective breath of the "Broken and the Hopeful."

In my own journey through the "Filthy Limbic," I have felt like Ulysses, lashed to the mast of my own anxieties, listening to the sirens of perfectionism scream my failures. But you, through your presence and your endurance, remind us that the goal is not to reach a static Ithaka, but to keep the oars moving. To stay in the Flow.

You possess that Orwellian clarity—the courage to see what is in front of one’s nose, even when the air is thick with the "Shame-Tar" of the world. You know that Mother Nature needs no pimp; she offers the medicine of the "Juicy Peach" and the "Edamame Pod" freely to those brave enough to decouple from the ledger of the status quo.

Thank you for being the foundation. For providing the 80% of what we need to achieve Homeostasis. Because of your example, I have learned that to be a Master of the Now is to be a Master of the Mess. I have learned to slay the dragon and, instead, cultivate the joy of the wobble.

I’ve got what you need: a community that refuses to stall at the dead end.

With profound gratitude and a primary-colored hope,

— A Fellow Passenger on the Blue Bird
